The companies she had worked with include GE, Siemens, Maytag, Fiat Group, DKSH, and Dentsu Aegis Network, covering a broader range of industries from manufacturing, home appliance, automobile, healthcare, consumer goods, and automation equipment to professional services.

She worked very closely with country leadership team as a trusted business partner and advisor in people ans organization development.

In 2014, Julie had the opportunity to participate the Executive Coaching Certificate Program (ECCP) by Coaching Australia, which enlightened her with an answer to a problem that has long plagued her: for those who are lack of soft skills, the traditional classroom training was not as effective as expected, esp. for experienced managers, that they failed to move to the next level was not because they didn’t know those soft skills, their failure was because they can’t “live” those skills in their daily work / life. Julie realized that coaching is very powerful as it really changes people’s old habits and forms new behaviors, therefore it fills the gaps between “knowing” and “doing”. By learning and practicing coaching Julie also confirmed her strengths: achiever, developer, empathy and communication. With these increased self-awareness, she made a decision to leave corporate and started her second-half career as an independent consultant, facilitator and executive coach in 2015.
