She has designed and delivered a range of tailored workshops and programs for leadership teams to develop greater strategic alignment, build self-awareness and stronger working relationships, improve communication and influencing skills, utilise a coaching approach and coordinate efforts more effectively to achieve individual and organisational objectives. This includes development of a bespoke Leadership Development Program for a multinational client and a Coaching and Influencing Program for all Indigenous Education staff across Victoria.
