Sue has accumulated extensive international experience over the last 17 years, coaching leaders at all levels across a diverse range of industries, such as Aon, AIA, Salesforce, KPMG, Uber, BBC, Seven West, Disney, Facebook and PwC

Committed to delivering tailored approaches that achieves meaningful and sustainable outcomes. Working with evidence-based coaching and neuroscience practices, Sue works with individuals strengths and values to uncover significant clarity and connection for her clients to lead with greater confidence and authenticity.

Balancing support with stretch, directness with humour and empathy with honesty. Challenging perspective, identifying blind spots, a sounding board and thinking partner, Sue creates a dynamic working partnership for learning and growth.

Sue is an experience facilitator and has been part of the Coaching Australia training team since 2011. She has designed and delivered Coach Training programs for several local councils and NSW TAFE.

Her work as a qualified Team Coach has seen her work with executive teams to increase collaboration, alignment, connection and overall effectiveness.

Sue is well known in the industry, being invited onto coaching benches for various organisations. Additionally, Sue has become one of the APAC Coach Mentor and Supervisor for global Coaching organisations Ezra and Go Master Coach.
