Marie integrates evidence-based frameworks such as Gallup Strengths, Hogan Assessments, Positive Intelligence, and Korn Ferry methodologies to create practical, sustainable change. Her approach is both supportive and results-oriented—helping leaders build on their strengths while challenging them to step into their full potential.
