Justin Clarke



Justin is a highly experienced Executive Coach, Board Director and IT Executive with over 30 years international Client and Supply side experience in Financial Services.

With core competencies in Governance and Strategy management, Justin has led significant IT transformations, providing leadership to organisations of 400+ across multiple geographies. Passionate about people, Justin is a certified Executive Coach (PCF, PCC), Gallup Strengths Coach and holds an MBA and MSc in Strategic Focus (Edinburgh Business School). As a graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), Justin sits on a number of advisory and other boards.

Through the embodiment of “leader as a coach” principles, Justin has built a deep reputation as an inspiring leader, coach and culture carrier. Whether internally or externally, he seeks to leverage his Strengths to enable the potential and success of those he works with, transforming people and organizations from being good to being great. With a naturally strategic orientation, Justin is passionate about helping his clients to deeply understand their unique talents and value; to leverage this self awareness to define aligned outcomes; and to put in place effective implementation plans, to enable their attainment. Justin has worked extensively with clients across organisational levels from C-suite to entry level talent, partnering in impactful coaching engagements. A recognised expert in the leverage of Gallup Strengths, he has developed and implemented many organisational change management programs, delivering leading employee engagement outcomes. Justin is also an experienced training program facilitator and “go to” for speaker events.

From a personal perspective, Justin is married with five children, is a keen road cyclist and currently lives in Sydney. With a belief in the potential of people, he is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion and serves his community as a director on the board of KYDS, a not for profit organisation providing youth counselling services.
