Biography

Grant is an accredited executive coach and corporate trainer. He recently retired after 33 years with The Coca-Cola Company, during which time he worked in a number of learning & development as well as operational positions.

He specializes in the development of leadership skills and commercial capabilities by not only conducting needs analysis, developing and delivery of training curriculums/programs but also complementing these programs with follow up executive coaching to ensure skills are embedded. Grant is using his extensive experience across Asia working to ensure the companies that he is working with are developing their leaders of the future, leaders who are ready to accept future challenges.

Whilst Grant has been working mostly in China and Hong Kong for the past 14 years, his regional responsibility has seen him work in almost every country in Asia Pacific. His strong business background ensures a practical approach in building skills and knowledge for both individual’s and teams and as an accredited coach he is able to bring the best out of those that he works with. As an experienced classroom trainer, the training programs are both practical and inclusive ensuring value for all attending.

An avid wine collector and keen golfer (current handicap 13) he is married with one son and two grandchildren.
