Tracey is an ICF trained coach who completed her Executive Coaching Certification Program through Coaching Australia. She currently works with leaders of organisations bringing a natural coaching approach developed through more than 20 years experience with Fire & Rescue NSW where she shares the highest female rank with two colleagues.
As part of this leadership role, Tracey is responsible for developing, mentoring and coaching colleagues and now operates as an external coach when such opportunities arise. She is passionate about the contributions she can make as a coach and trainer to individuals and their teams and organisations. She connects effortlessly to people of all ages and backgrounds and has a passion for working with today’s youth.
Tracey’s sporting achievements include representing Australia at two World Triathlon Championships. This success as an athlete gives her a unique vision and understanding of what can be achieved by training and focused effort. She can assist others through coaching partnerships and help deliver best outcomes in work performance and interpersonal relationships.
