Besides coaching, Narayanan has completed mentoring for a senior professional from Tokyo, facilitates people management skills for first time Managers, change management, communication and time management programs and he has co facilitated workshops on feedback skills. He does Organisation Development consulting and teaches Human Resources at business schools. He had created a coaching and mentoring framework during his corporate experience, thus initiating a coaching culture within the Organisation.
Narayanan is associated with ICF Mumbai Chapter, Country Ambassador for Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC). He had completed his Post Graduate studies from Somaiya Management School(SIMSR) in Human
Resources, certified EQ 2.0, certified Reiki Master, basic level of NLP, apart from going through two levels of Human Process labs including a Leadership Lab with the Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Sciences(ISABS). He is associated with Ken Blanchard Companies as a coach and has completed a New Coach Orientation program with Center for Creative Leadership. He is an empaneled assessor with KPMG for observing and assessing for development centers for their clients.
Some of the clientele are TCS, SAP, National Instruments, Tata Strive(works as a mentor coach for internal coaches of partner organizations of Tata Strive), Market Place, Jay Vakeel, Give India, Twitter Japan(Mentoring), Mahindra and Mahindra, besides being an internal coach and mentor with Mphasis, in the corporate role- Narayanan had worked in the IT organisations like Patni Computers, Mphasis and an IT
product start up called Druva Data Technologies.
