Kim is also an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Speaker, drawing on more than twenty years of practical experience gained at a senior level within large global organisations including Nat West Bank, London Business School and PwC.
Kim’s passion is in working with those individuals, top teams and organisations who are serious about change. Evidence of Kim’s ability to successfully lead change can be seen most clearly in the purpose built Shelley Street office of Macquarie Bank where she was Head of Culture & Capability for the Banking and Financial Services Division. She was instrumental in leading a significant behavioural change program, requiring a radically different approach to work, in an organisation of over 3000 people, a first for Australia.
Kim has subsequently worked with clients such as PwC, CBA, NAB, Medibank, Goodman, Fidelity Investments and IAG.
Kim has held many Advisory Board positions in key Business Schools such as Insead and IMD. She is a graduate of the Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and is an accredited practitioner in the use of various psychometric tools, integral psychotherapy practices (USA) and is a member of The Neuroleadership Institute (Australia).
Kim is passionate about modelling the behavioural change she teaches.
