Jennie is an experienced and sought-after executive coach, facilitator and trainer. She works with C suite, senior executive and high potential leaders in building leadership capability, personal and professional resilience, team effectiveness and organisational productivity. Jennie draws on 25 years of diverse personal leadership experience, 2500+ hours client coaching experience as well as her extensive training in coaching and neuroscience to facilitate the thinking required for sustainable behaviour change and improved performance.
Jennie’s intention as a coach is to help clients feel more excited, confident and satisfied in their work. She draws on neuroscience, emotional intelligence, clean language and other domains along with personal values of positivity, humour and choice to facilitate personal and professional transformations.
