Isabelle Phillips has recognized expertise in leadership, people and culture, talent management and sales excellence. She has a background in Organisational Psychology and HR consulting.

Isabelle’s diverse experience brings an understanding of typical challenges and opportunities for executives in corporate, government, NGO and SME environments.

She has nine years experience coaching CEOs developing an in-depth understanding of typical CEO challenges and how to make CEO-board relationships work.

Isabelle was invited to be a member of the UTS LiDA leadership and innovation ‘think-tank’. She is frequently published in industry journals and magazines on various topics related to Leadership, Talent Management and Coaching, including her own research on how leaders build attachment, engagement and discretionary effort in staff. Isabelle is also a regular presenter at industry and academic conferences.

Her clients include Lend Lease, Fuji Xerox, University of NSW, Green Building Council of Australia, Australian Council for Education Leadership. Isabelle has 5 years experience in a non-executive director role for Australia’s largest Aboriginal Children’s charity; KARI Inc.
